Gentlemen, I have a GE PBS fan motor. I find replace it with a Mars fan motor. GE has five wires, BRN, YEL,PUR,BLK,RED. Goes through the capacitor with the yellow going on to V the purple and black go to V.

Mars motor as a six wire connection two Brown’s go to the capacitor.
